Raise money for your non-profit by offering a day of fine art portraits to your community. Leslie will have the email template for your initial email, and then handle the logistics from there including pre and post session emails, money collection, working with the families at the event, and delivering online galleries.
How it Works
1. Contact Leslie
Fill out the contact form, and I’ll email you information about what is needed on your end for your fundraiser and what I cover. This is to be a low involvement fundraiser for your nonprofit to help you raise money without taking all of your time.
2. Day of Fundraiser
I’ll have scheduled families into time slots that usually run from 9am to 4pm with a $230 session booking with 50% going to your non-profit. I’ll set up a black background at your location and direct families for their photo session. The families will have an online gallery delivered to them a week afterwards for ordering digitals and prints.
3. Check to you
Two weeks after the event, I will mail you a check for your non-profit. A fully booked day is a $2,185 check.

Reef’s Run raises awareness of hydrocephalus, fluid in the brain, and supports families through monetary contributions to families with unexpected child medical bills in the Lake Tahoe area. They host a yearly run the second weekend in September.

National Center for Equine Facilitated Therapy provides physical and occupational horse therapy for kids in the San Francisco Bay Area. Horses provide a unique and fun experience for kids to develop and strengthen their abilities. They also provide programs for veterans and adults with chronic illnesses and mental health support.
