Article writing
The article you write is exclusive to Advntr Together. It cannot be published anywhere else.
You are the author. I am the claimant (owner). When you sign your contract, you transfer ownership from yourself to Leslie Truesdell at Advntr Together.
When you are paid for written work, the copyright is considered “work for hire.”
The magazine is copyrighted as a Literary Work.
For copyright, I need your legal first and last name as well as your country of citizenship and/or domicile and which it is (citizenship or domicile).

Photography
Photographs are not under our copyright.
They are yours, so you maintain ownership.
Through the contract, you give Leslie Truesdell at Advntr Together permission to publish them in the magazine and use them for our marketing and advertisement of our magazine and membership always with credit to you.
Because of this, your photography is protected based on how you have your photos legally protected or not. If you have filed your photographs for copyright, then they are legally protected by copyright. If you have not filed them for copyright, then they are not legally protected by copyright.
